Group Wants Opposition, Aggrieved Persons To Avoid Incitive Comments

A political group, Nigerians Unite For Tinubu/Shettima has urged the oppositions and aggrieved persons to channel their grievances through appropriate legal means and refrain from making incitive comments or taking actions that can jeopardize the peace and security of the nation.
The Coordinator of the Group, Dr Ango Suleiman Abdullahi made the call during a News Conference in Abuja.
Dr. Abdullahi urged all political parties to accept the outcome of the election in good faith and support the incoming government in its efforts to build a prosperous and united Nigeria.
Dr. Abdullahi expressed the confidence that INEC and security agencies would address the challenges experienced during the general election towards ensuring more credible elections in the future.
The Group commended efforts of security agencies in ensuring the safety and security of Nigerians during the election period.
They also called on them to remain vigilant and ensure that they continue to discharge their duties of protecting the lives and properties of all Nigerians, especially during this post-election period.
