NAPTIP seeks public assistance to locate family of 8-year-old Kano girl rescued in Abuja
The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking In Persons (NAPTIP) is seeking public assistance to locate the family of an 8-year-old girl rescued in Abuja. ‘
The agency in a statement on Monday, March 18, 2024, said the girl, who hails from Kano State, was found around the Lokogoma area in Abuja.
“The Management of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking In Persons (NAPTIP) wishes to notify the General Public that the Agency, in furtherance of its Mandate, on Friday 15th March 2024 recovered an eight-year-old girl of Gabare Village, Sumaila L.G.A, Kano State whose picture appears below,” the statement read.
“She was found around Lokogoma area in Abuja. Anyone with useful information that can link the parents of the child or other relations to contact NAPTIP via 07030000203 or visit our Headquarters at 2028 Dalaba Street, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja.”
