An NGO, Mentel Global Educational Services in collaboration with the FCT Secondary Education Board and Solarhub have Organized a Programme tagged ‘The Solar Innovators Team (S.I.T)’ and Launched the “Train the-trainer” Seminar for Teachers of FCT Government Secondary in Abuja.
During the event at the FCT Solarhub , Technology Incubation Centre, Education Secretariat, Karu Site, a satellite town in Abuja, the head of fct secondary education board represented by deputy director trade and entrepreneurs in the board Mrs Dibal Laraba tasked the participants to be dedicated and ready to transfer the knowledge to the students for a better tomorrow.
The coordinator of mantel global Mrs Aderouke timson called on teachers to encourage the students to be committed to the knowledge gained for self development.

Mr. Olubiyi Odeinde explained that the Solar Innovators’ Team Program was designed to provide a viable platform for scholars in Secondary school to learn practical skills in the evolving field of Solar technology.
Mr. Odeinde stated that the training and certification exercise in collaboration with the FCT Secondary Board provided trainees the opportunity to leverage technology as a learning tool to engage in the global environment under a Public Private Partmership (PPP) arrangement.
Some participants at the event appreciated the organisers and promised to replicate the lesson learnt at the grassroots.
