Fast-rising Nigerian singer and chorister, Ifunanya Nwangene, popularly known as Nanya_music or Soprano Queen, has died after she was reportedly bitten by a snake inside her residence in Abuja.

The tragic incident occurred on Saturday, January 31, when a cobra allegedly bit the singer inside her room. She was said to have raised concerns prior to the incident about the presence of snakes in her home.

Videos circulating on social media show a snake catcher displaying a cobra reportedly found inside the apartment.

In the background, voices could be heard suggesting that more snakes might be present in the building, as the singer had earlier mentioned seeing a large snake in the house.
