2023 Election: INEC Releases Voting Procedure

The 2023 Presidential and National Assembly Elections is scheduled to hold on the  Saturday 25th of March, 2023.

 

Governorship and State House Of Assembly Elections is scheduled to hold Saturday 11th of March 2023

 

Eligible voters are expected to take note of the voting procedure

 

• Voting starts at 8:30am

 

• Present your PVC for accreditation using BVAS

 

• Check and be sure your name is on the register of voters in that Polling unit

 

• Get authenticated with the BVAS through fingerprint or facials 

 

• Once accredited, you will be issued a ballot paper

 

• Go to the voting cubicle to make your choice in secret and drop marked ballot paper in the ballot box

 

• You can leave or stay *300 meters away* from the voting area to witness vote sorting and counting
