Two Nigerian musical heavyweights, Innocent Idibia a.k.a 2Baba and Tiwa Savage have been unveiled by articulated Nigerian comedian, Francis Agoda popularly known as I Go Dye as artistes performing at his April 18th (Easter Sunday) show holding in Benin City tagged “I Go Dye Standing: More than a Legend.
In a statement issued in Benin City, the Edo State capital, the comedian who is also a global diplomat for advocate of peace ,disclosed that legendary musician 2Baba will be the opening act, I Go Save as host while Tiwa Savage will be on hand to also thrill the audience.
The comedy impresario mentioned that other stars like Okey Bakassi will be among some of the A-list performers that will grace the stage of the highly publicised event.
According to the multiple award-winning and widely travelled comedian, “I Go Dye Standing: More than a legend” will also give opportunities to budding talented acts to promote their crafts on stage.
He said he chose to hold the show on Easter Sunday to buttress the fact that everyone can be given a second chance
I Go Dye further urged Christians and Nigerians at large to always imbibe the teachings of Jesus Christ which are embedded in love for all irrespective of religion, ethnicity or tribe.
