Former Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano, has reassured the public that he is alive and in excellent health, dispelling widespread rumours about his wellbeing.
In a personal message on his social media handle, addressed to Ndi Anambra, friends, and well-wishers on November 14,
Obiano said he woke up to news of a false report claiming he was unwell. He firmly dismissed the rumour, stating that he is “alive, hale, hearty, and in excellent health,” adding that he continues to thrive by the grace of God.
Obiano expressed disappointment that some individuals still take pleasure in spreading misinformation, but emphasized that he remains focused and unfazed by such mischief.
He extended heartfelt gratitude to everyone who reached out with calls, messages, and prayers, noting that their love and concern mean more to him than words can convey. He urged the public to completely disregard the rumour and remain assured of his wellbeing.
