Jigawa Govt Approves N1.5 Billion Compensation for Residents Affected by Road Projects

The Jigawa State Government has approved over ₦1.5 billion for compensating individuals affected by township road construction projects across various towns in the state. State Commissioner for Information, Youths, Sports, and Culture, Alhaji Sagir Musa Ahmed, disclosed this to journalists following the State Executive Council meeting at the Government House in Dutse. He highlighted that road construction projects impact several towns, including Fagam, Kila-Jugwa-Sakuwa-Gwaram, Sankara-Ringim, Bulangu-Kafin Hausa, Gandun Sarki-Hadejia, Dansure-Roni, Aujara-Jahun, and Dutse Local Government Areas.
