Job Creation: NASENI to revamp 50 thousand tractors, 10 thousand Police vehicles nationwide

The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASSENI), is set to revamp more than 10,000 redundant tractors and convert 5,000 Police vehicles, in a bid to create thousands of jobs and boost the country’s security. The Chief Executive officer of NASENI, Mr Khalil Halilu, disclosed this to newsmen on Friday, in Abuja. Halilu said the agency had identified more than 10,000 off the road Police vehicles and 5,000 redundant tractors owned by government agencies, that could be fixed and used to achieve the goal.
