The African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU), Abuja, paid a courtesy visit to the Senate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.

The AAAU delegation, led by Aviation Ministry Permanent Secretary Dr. Emmanuel C. Meribole alongside the Registrar, Mustapha Sheikh Abdullahi, Director of Academic Planning, Professor Yahaya Zayyana Ibrahim, and other staff key members.

The AAAU team were warmly received by the ABU team, comprising Vice-Chancellor Professor Kabir Bala, Registrar Rabiu Samaila, Acting Librarian Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Muhammad, Bursar Mohammed Bello Aminu, and other key staff. The visit included a guided tour of the ABU Senate building.

During the tour, the AAAU team met with members of ABU’s Governing Council, who were in session. Alhaji Mahmud Yayale Ahmed, CFR, Chairman of the Governing Council, welcomed the delegation and emphasised the importance of fostering collaboration between the two institutions.
