The Independent Investigative Panel on Human Rights Violations by the Defunct SARS and other Units of the Nigerian Police Force sitting in Abuja has ordered NDLEA to produce the Suspended DCP Abba Kyari before the panel on the 22nd of this Month
The Panel gave the order following the inability of the counsel of Police to provide informations about three citizens that were alleged missing when Abba Kyari was in Charge of the IGP-IRT.
The Representative of the Chairman of the Panel, Mr. Martin Aikpopo said the presence of Abba Kyari before the Panel would avail the panel with information regarding missing persons
