Reacting to the judgment, Blessing CEO broke into praise, describing the verdict as a victory for truth and justice. She expressed confidence in the Nigerian judicial system, stating that the outcome reaffirmed her belief that justice could still prevail in the country.
“It ended in praise,” she said. “Four years of tears, pain, and misinformation, but justice finally spoke. The Nigerian justice system still works, and I am proud of my country.”
Congratulating IVD on the court’s decision, she noted that the acquittal gives him the opportunity to rebuild his life after years of uncertainty.
“You can now have your life back,” she said. “Congratulations.”
Blessing CEO also used the moment to reflect on lessons learned from relationships and personal safety, offering advice to the public.
“If a marriage or relationship is not working, please run,” she warned. “Don’t wait until it destroys you or costs someone their life. Walk away early.”
The acquittal brings closure to a case that generated intense public debate over the years, with supporters and critics closely following its developments. With the legal chapter now closed, Blessing CEO and IVD are looking ahead, hopeful for healing, restoration, and new beginnings.
