The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC says there was a misunderstanding of the position of the Commission on the transmission of election results come 2023.

In a statement by the National Commissioner, and Chairman, Information and voter education Committee, Festus Okoye, explained that the National Chairman of the Commission was misunderstood in an earlier interview granted to a national Newspaper.
