Social commentator and recently nominated Nigerian Ambassador, Reno Omokri has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as “Christlike” leadership and influence on his life.
In a message shared on his X handle, Omokri expressed gratitude for his recent nomination to serve the nation, thanking God and acknowledging President Tinubu for what he called visionary and exemplary leadership.
Omokri said the President had personally taught him the meaning of forgiveness and deepened his understanding of patriotism, the qualities which he believed reflected Christlike virtues.
According to him, President Tinubu is “the right man, at the right time, for the right job” and deserves the support and goodwill of all Nigerians.
He also offered special appreciation to his parents, Esijolomi and Omerewumi, crediting them for shaping him into who he is today.
Omokri further lauded the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, describing him as a man of exceptional goodness.
The political activist went on to thank his wife, Hana, whom he called a steadfast pillar by his side, especially during the period he mentioned he was targeted by critics because of his unwavering support for President Tinubu.
Omokri concluded with a prayer for peace, prosperity, and unity in Nigeria, signing off his message with: “May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
