Authorities in Quan Pan Local Government Area of Plateau State have arrested two brothers, Haruna and Usman Mohammed, for allegedly kidnapping Muhammad Sani Juli and extorting a ransom of ₦2.2 million.   Further investigations revealed that Usman Mohammed was also involved in armed attacks on travelers along Juku Road in Nasarawa State.
