Governor Chukwuma Soludo has signed the Homeland Security Law 2025, officially establishing the Anambra Vigilante Group, known as Agunechemba. The signing took place during the launch of a special intervention force called *”Operation Udo Ga-Achi,”* which translates to *”Operation Peace Shall Prevail,”* at the International Convention Center in Awka.
