Nigerian TikToker and streamer, Jarvis has emotionally opened up about a painful experience in her relationship with fellow content creator, Peller, who revealed that his comments about her late father left her heartbroken.
In a live session, Jarvis tearfully recounted how Peller once told her he would never love or marry her again if she reunited with her father.
“Peller told me, ‘Anything that makes you see your dad, I will not love you again, I will not marry you again,’” she revealed. “Immediately he said that, I ended the call and broke down.”
Jarvis explained that she had only been expressing her emotions and trying to share her family story. “If you really love me, won’t you want to know where I’m from? My family? Or even my father?” she asked, questioning his sensitivity.
According to Jarvis, the comment made her question how Peller truly viewed her. “He said something so delicate without remorse. It might look like a joke to others, but I thought — how does this guy really see me?” she said.
She went on to describe Peller as overly controlling, claiming that he often acted possessive under the guise of protection. “He has always been so authoritative, saying things like, ‘No one should touch you, don’t go out, my baby, my baby.’ I thought it was love, but it became too much,” she added.
Jarvis also shared that Peller rarely took her emotions seriously. “Whenever I open up about something personal, he brushes it off or says things that make me angry,” she said.
Fighting back tears, Jarvis reflected on her emotional struggle: “I had to sit down and ask myself — if someone truly loves me, would he say that kind of thing about my dad? I don’t have fatherly love, but if I did, maybe Peller wouldn’t treat me the way he does.”
The heartfelt revelation has since sparked conversations online about toxic relationships, emotional manipulation, and boundaries in romantic partnerships.
