Motorists and commuters along the Gwako–Gwagwalada section of the Abuja–Lokoja Highway are urged to seek alternative routes due to a road blockage caused by an accident.
According to Toscad News, the incident involved a petroleum tanker and a J5 vehicle near the popular Gwako Junction, rendering the road impassable.
Some road users have resorted to navigating through nearby bush paths to bypass the scene.
Meanwhile, personnel from the FCT Fire Service and the Police are on-site, working to prevent further harm and ensure the safety of lives and property.
