Media personality Toolz has spoken out against child abuse following recent cases that sparked outrage on social media.
In a lengthy post, the OAP said she had been deeply disturbed by heartbreaking stories that emerged in recent days, particularly those involving children allegedly abused by adults entrusted with their care.
According to her, one of the most troubling aspects of the incidents is that many of the alleged abusers are mothers.
“You know how much evil must exist inside someone to do this to an innocent child? Anyone who tortures a child deserves one of the hottest corners of hell,” she wrote.
Toolz also criticised the practice of sending children away as domestic workers under the guise of training them, arguing that such arrangements are pointless if the children are not loved, protected, educated, fed and properly cared for.
She further questioned parents who continue to have children they cannot adequately provide for, only to send them to live with others.
The media personality also condemned individuals who remain silent despite knowing that a child is being abused, insisting that silence enables such acts.
“Protect children. ALWAYS,” she added.
