Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and ex-Governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje, has celebrated the graduation of his daughter, Fatima, from King’s College London, United Kingdom.
Fatima, who is married to Idris Ajimobi, son of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, completed her studies at the prestigious institution in what Ganduje described as a proud and memorable milestone for his family.

Sharing the news on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, Ganduje praised his daughter’s character and perseverance throughout her academic journey.


“I had the honour of celebrating my daughter Fatima’s graduation from King’s College London. Her journey has been marked by diligence, grace, and quiet strength,” he wrote.
The former governor also offered prayers for her future, expressing hope for divine guidance as she moves into the next phase of her life.
“As she steps into a new chapter, may Allah guide her path always. Congratulations, Fatima,” Ganduje added.
Meanwhile, reports from the ceremony also indicated that Joaquin Wike, son of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, graduated with a Master’s degree in Management and Technology Change from King’s College London.
Photos from the graduation ceremony were shared on X by the Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka. According to the post, the event was attended by the minister’s wife and mother of the graduand, Justice Eberechi Wike, other members of the Wike family, as well as some political associates.
The development adds to the list of academic milestones within the Wike family. Recall that one of the minister’s sons, Jordan, graduated with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Queen Mary University of London last Year.
