Tanzanian musician, Juma Jux has suffered a major loss after his luxury shop, reportedly worth over 780 million dollars, was set ablaze and completely destroyed during violent protests in Tanzania.
reports say angry demonstrators targeted several businesses amid nationwide unrest following the country’s presidential elections, which sparked chaos and widespread property damage.
At the time of the incident, Juma Jux was in Nigeria with his wife, Priscilla Ojo, and is said to have been shocked and devastated upon learning of the destruction of his store.
Authorities are currently assessing the full extent of the damage as investigations into the riots continue.
