BINANI AIR has marked its first 30 days of commercial operations, describing the milestone as a significant step in its ambition to strengthen Nigeria’s aviation sector through safe, reliable and customer-focused services.
Speaking on the achievement, the airline’s Group President, Aminatu Dahiru Chiroma, said the first month had been both inspiring and rewarding, reflecting years of planning, investment, staff training and regulatory compliance that culminated in the successful launch of the airline.
“We are not just flying aircraft; we are connecting dreams, opportunities and people,” Chiroma said, noting that every flight represents more than transportation, as passengers travel to reunite with loved ones, pursue business opportunities and fulfil personal aspirations.
According to her, the airline’s early success has been driven by a commitment to safety, professionalism and service excellence. She said positive feedback from passengers and travel partners has reinforced confidence in the airline’s long-term vision and operational strategy.
Chiroma explained that establishing an airline in Nigeria required extensive preparations, including operational certifications, personnel training, infrastructure development and stakeholder engagement. She added that the airline embraced these requirements as essential foundations for sustainable growth.
The Group President also paid tribute to the airline’s founder and Chairperson, Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani, describing her leadership, resilience and commitment as central to the successful launch of the carrier. She said the airline’s progress reflects Senator Binani’s vision of building an aviation brand that contributes meaningfully to national development.
BINANI AIR reported that passengers have consistently commended its flight crews, customer service teams and overall travel experience. Management said many customers have become advocates for the brand by recommending its services to friends, family and colleagues.
As the airline looks ahead, Chiroma reaffirmed its commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. She stressed that while growth and commercial success remain important objectives, the airline would continue to place people at the centre of every decision, building a reputation based on trust, reliability and exceptional service.
