FG approves uniform prices for Renewed Hope Estate housing units

The Federal Government has announced uniform sale prices for housing units under its Renewed Hope Estate Programme, a nationwide initiative aimed at expanding affordable homeownership opportunities for Nigerians.

A statement issued by the Director of Press and Public Relations at the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Mr. Badamasi Haiba, indicates that the approved prices are as follows; one-bedroom semi-detached bungalow will go for ₦8.5 million; two-bedroom semi-detached bungalow will be sold at ₦11.5 million; while three-bedroom semi-detached bungalow is for ₦12.5 million.

According to the statement, adopting a uniform pricing structure across all states is designed to promote affordability, transparency, and fairness, ensuring that Nigerians from every region have equal access to the Renewed Hope Housing Programme.

The statement also says that the sale of completed housing units nationwide will commence soon.

Interested applicants are advised to apply through the Renewed Hope Housing online portal or obtain application forms at the Ministry’s headquarters and field offices across the country.
